A mother's experience of Oxford University Hospital Maternity Services in 2004:

In 2004 my twins were born at the JR. Twin 1 was delivered with no issues but Twin 2 was born very blue having had the cord wrapped around his throat.

He was resuscitated but had no brain activity. He died when he was 3 1/2.

We won a court case against the hospital to provide medical care for him. They admitted negligence.
